Waiver Policy

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY Last Updated: December 04, 2025 1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK By using the facilities and services provided by Demo Sports Center, you acknowledge that participation in physical activities, sports, and facility use involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: - Risk of bodily injury, including permanent disability and death - Risk of property damage or loss - Risk of accidents or incidents beyond our control 2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, whether known or unknown, of injury or loss that may be sustained as a result of participation, whether caused by the negligence of Demo Sports Center or otherwise. 3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Demo Sports Center, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of Demo Sports Center or otherwise, while participating in activities or while on the premises. 4. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Demo Sports Center from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur due to your participation in activities or presence on the premises, whether caused by your negligence or otherwise. 5. MEDICAL CONDITION You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in activities. You agree to inform staff of any medical conditions or concerns. 6. PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE You grant Demo Sports Center permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other images of you for promotional or marketing purposes. 7. MINORS If you are signing on behalf of a minor, you acknowledge that you have full authority to do so and accept full responsibility for the minor's participation. 8. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. 9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING By signing this waiver or using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and that you are giving up substantial legal rights. 10.
