CANCELLATION DEADLINES Demo Sports Center has the following cancellation deadlines: - Full refund: Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time - Partial refund: Cancellation made between 12-24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a 50% refund - No refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds 2. CANCELLATION PROCESS To cancel a reservation: - Log in to your account and access your bookings - Select the reservation you wish to cancel - Click the "Cancel" button and confirm your cancellation - You may also contact us directly via email or phone 3. REFUND PROCESSING 3.1 Refund Methods - Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking - Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider - Credit card refunds may appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles 3.2 Account Credits - In some cases, refunds may be issued as account credits instead of monetary refunds - Account credits do not expire and can be used for future bookings 4. NO-SHOW POLICY - If you fail to show up for your reservation without canceling, no refund will be issued - Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings 5. FACILITY-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS If we need to cancel your reservation due to: - Facility maintenance or repairs - Weather conditions (for outdoor facilities) - Equipment failure - Other unforeseen circumstances You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 6. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS In case of personal emergencies or medical situations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may make exceptions to our standard cancellation policy. 7. GROUP BOOKINGS Special cancellation terms may apply to group bookings, events, or special packages. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. 8. MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all new bookings made after the effective date. 9.
